SPVFRS Receives Funds for Interface Trailer

The Rotary Club of Sun Peaks is pleased to present $12,000 to the Sun Peaks Volunteer Fire & Rescue Society towards a new "interface" trailer that will contain equipment that can be deployed quickly in the event of a wildfire. The interface is the area between the fire and structures. This trailer and equipment will be the first line of structure defense for any future wildland fire that threatens our community.
